Product Warranties

Items purchased from Buddy Boutique are warranted against defect for a period of 30 days from receipt of the item.

Return Policy – 30 Day Money Back Guarantee

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for a refund. Returns must include a receipt and the items must be in original condition, including tags and labels. Once we receive the returned merchandise, we will credit your account within 10 business days. Shipping charges are not included in the refunded price. Refunds will be processed to the credit card of the initial purchase. If you received the item as a gift, we will be happy to give you a store credit for the amount of the returned item.

Exchanges

Call our Customer Service telephone number to request an item exchange. We will bill your credit card for the new merchandise and refund your credit card for the returned merchandise as soon as we receive it.  All exchanges will be processed as standard shipping at the current cost posted on our Web site. 

Shipping

Most approved orders leave our warehouse within one business day. Our standard is 7-day, meaning you will receive your package within seven business days. For example, if you order on Saturday, your package will leave our warehouse Monday. Restrictions do apply to our standard 7-day shipping. APO/FPO and PO Box addresses will be automatically defaulted to our USPS option as these addresses do not have 7-day or expedited shipping available. Orders are approved once payment has been received and all shipping and billing information has been verified. This process is usually automatic, but under extenuating circumstances may take up to three business days.

International Orders
